Throughout most of February and March I have been focused on how many of the web 2.0 concepts can be utilized for corporate marketing efforts. There are a number of posts about Amazon.com, LinkedIn, Wikipedia and the Apple iPhone. The use of web 2.0 technologies by both consumers and businesses is proliferating at an exponential rate by the day. Much as 1999 was the year e-commerce sites established staying power on the Internet, I think we will look back upon 2009 as the year web 2.0 gained credibility and longevity.
The scope of the blog is much broader including product marketing, public relations and vertical industry strategies, all topics that I plan to write more about later in 2009.
